Nominate Malala for "Honorary citizen of the United States"

I am considering to send  email to Mike Honda asking him to take the privilege of authoring a bill to nominate Malala for "Honorary citizen of the United States".

Justification:

  1. US to reduce hatred with in the Islamic states
  2. US avoid having to spend efforts on Kidnapping of US citizens
  3. US gain moral footing in peace efforts around the world
  4. US becomes peace loving sovereign state - saving money/lives
All Malala intent probably was, "I want to go to school, and with my friends". 17 year old and the youngest Nobel Laureate.
